Two Bedroom Cottage
Our Waterfront Cottages are each thoughtfully designed to provide you with the utmost comfort and relaxation during your stay just steps away from the beach. Each cottage is cozy yet spacious with unbelievable views of Lake Erie's scenic coast.
Two Bedrooms: Each unit boasts two Nectar Queen size beds, providing space for families, couples, or friends traveling together. A spiral staircase leads you to a second bedroom which boast a private patio.
Living Area: Our cottages offer a queen pull-out couch, perfect for extra guests or lounging taking in beautiful views of the Lake. Treat yourself to the breathtaking views of the serene lake through large windows, creating a truly magical ambiance. Our living area provides the perfect setting for relaxation and connection.
Kitchenette: For your convenience, each cottage has a well-equipped kitchenette including, a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, electric cooktop, and a mini fridge. You can also enjoy a communal outdoor grill with waterfront seating.
Private Patio: One of the highlights of our accommodations is the private second-story patio. This exclusive space offers the perfect spot to unwind, soak up the sun, and take in the mesmerizing vistas of Lake Erie. It's also an ideal setting for intimate gatherings, sunbathing, stargazing, or simply enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets over the horizon.
Bathroom: One bathroom providing a free standing shower and Aveda toiletries to awaken you senses and two cotton bathrobes.
Complimentary continental breakfast each morning from 7:00-10:00am.

CANCELLATIONS/ REFUNDS
All cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee.
If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of arrival, you will forfeit 25% of your deposit plus processing fee.
If you cancel your reservation within 8-14 days of arrival, you will forfeit 50% of your deposit plus processing fee.
If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of arrival, you will forfeit 100% of your deposit plus processing fee.
CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS DURING HOLIDAYS & SPECIAL EVENTS OR FULL PROPERTY RENTALS
If a reservation is canceled more than 90 days before the arrival date a 100% refund will be issued, however, the guest will be charged a $100 cancellation fee per room. For reservations canceled within 90 days of arrival date: refunds will be issued after this time only if we are able to fill the room with another reservation and at the discretion of management. There will be no refunds for reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival date. No partial cancellations will be accepted. Reservations will be held only until noon of the following day of scheduled arrival.

Check-In instructions will be emailed the day before arrival. Early Check-In is subject to availability, MUST be approved by management, and carries a fee of $50.

SAUNA & HOT TUB
SAUNA Hours are 8:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M. Please wear swimwear while enjoying the sauna. No glass in sauna area. All sauna sessions must be booked online.
Hot Tub Hours are 5:00 P.M. – 10:00 P.M. If you wish to use the Hot Tub during other hours please notify us by text at 7168-868-2975 AT LEAST 2 hours in advance so that we can light the wood burning hot tub. Please wear swimwear while enjoying the hot tub. No glass in hot tub area. Please be aware that there are no lifeguards on duty. This is a swim at your own risk property.
QUIET HOURS
Hideaway Bay Resort quiet hours are 11:00 P.M. to 9:00 A.M. Please be respectful of other guests and our neighbors.
COMMON AREAS
Common areas are available to all guests. Please leave common areas as you found them. No glass allowed outside of cottages.
CHILDREN
Our resort is delighted to be kid-friendly, providing a range of amenities and activities tailored for families. We strive to create a fun, safe, and enjoyable environment for guests of all ages.
PETS
Hideaway Bay Resort has a strict No Pets policy. Please do not bring your pet or you will be asked to leave or make other accommodations for your pet.
Amenities — Please make plans and schedule any massages, saunas, cabana upgrades and water-sports in advance.
Catering — Catering for large groups must be approved and scheduled by Management.
The Beach Bar – Hideaway Bay Resort’s Beach Bar is open weather dependent 7 days a week from 12pm- sunset.
Drift Restaurant- Open 7 days a week Memorial Day- Labor Day.. seasonally open throughout winter and spring.
Massage – Must be scheduled in advance with a Massage Therapist.
Wine Tours/Airport Transportation – Wine Tours and Transportation must be scheduled in advance with Giorgio's Chauffeured Transportation 716-683-7455
Fishing Charters – Fishing Charters must be scheduled in advance with My Gem Charters 716-713-3429
Scenic Horseback Trail Rides – Horseback Trail Rides must be scheduled in advance with Double Dab Riding Stable 716-736-4418
Floral Arrangements – Birthday, Anniversary, or “just because” arrangements can be delivered to your room before you arrive or during your stay. Call Christian at 716-868-2975.
ARRIVAL NOTES:
Hideaway Bay Resort is located at 42 Lake Ave Silver Creek, NY 14136.
Check in and pick up your room key in our Restaurant. (Located at the front of the property by our parking area.)
Please use the designated parking spot for the room you have reserved. Extra parking is available if needed.
RESORT RULES
Failure to follow these rules will result in a fine…
No personal speakers allowed.
All personal alcohol must remain in your room.
Do not move furniture without permission. If approved, we will arrange and assist you in moving. The wood floors will scratch when furniture is moved incorrectly. You will be charged for repairs to the floors.
Items missing from rooms will be charged to the credit card on file such as pillows ($100), robes ($145), pool towels ($150), etc.
Sauna and hot tub are for guests of Hideaway Bay Resort only. Guests not staying at Hideaway Bay Resort must be approved by management. Sauna Session can be booked here:
Guests are responsible for broken or damaged items. Please be aware – Hideaway Bay Resort is equipped with expensive and sometimes fragile furnishings.
Please do not sit on tables.
Do not put soap, bubbles, food coloring or foreign material in the hot tub. You will be charged for any damages as well as for the cost of cleaning the hot tub which can range from $150 - $500 to should we be required to drain the hottub.
We are not responsible for items left at the Hideaway Bay Resort. If found, we are happy to ship to you. However, we ask that guests cover the shipping costs. Personal items should be kept in your private room. Do not leave coolers, shoes, bags, etc. in the common areas.
